A phone interview and then a half day interview with pannel and HR. In total 3 in person interviews after the initial phone screen. Overall smooth process and timely feedback was provided. I found the experience very professional and at ease.

If you are selected for next steps, then it is a phone screen first and then Teams call. Sometimes it takes awhile to hear back initially, so don't get discouraged. There are no personality tests or anything like that.
