I already had a connect with the current CEO of this organization, as colleagues from earlier organization. Hence there was not much capability & skill discussions. The discussions were more on the front of how the current organization functions vis-a-vis our earlier firm. Cultural differences, promoter thought process & ideal job profile & skills expected. Since I fitted into the profile, hence was invited for a discussion. Then there were commercial discussions, some bit of negotiations over expectation & offer. Once decided, I accepted the offer on the table.
