There was no interview process as they had to carry over all the employees from the previous contract as required by the Federal contract. They emailed us an acceptance letter with a salary action offer and told us what they wanted to pay us if we accepted the job then we had to email the acceptance letter with a signature back to the company.

There was no interview. They just sent us an offer letter because we were already in the position from the previous contract. It was either accept the offer or am out of a job.
