Applied online, got a call from HR to set up an interview. When I showed up for the interview, had to wait 30 minutes to just be called even after having an interview time set up. Interviewer asked me questions, just seemed like they wanted to hire anyone who has had previous sales experience.Didnt tell me it was just door to door sales, very low pay, long hours no benefits until second interview. Expects new hires to work 45-50 hours/week and only get $500 , complete pyramid scheme, avoid this company.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on our interview process. When we have a high volume of applicants our schedule can sometimes be thrown off and we are sorry that you had to end up waiting because of this. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we will be discussing this with our HR department to improve our processes for the future.

I honestly don't even remember applying for this company I believe I was just mass applying everywhere but they called me asked me a couple of basic questions like "what do I want to do in my future career" then proceeded to schedule an interview for the next day. It's a 3-part interview if you want to be a part of their company. The first interview, honestly didn't feel like an interview but more like a sales pitch for you to join their ever-growing team. Their main goal is supposed to get you up and running and creating your own team that you would handle and such. So you're just making more and more puppets and expanding their direct sales marketing. They asked basic questions like "Do you consider yourself as an entrepreneur?" and "What do your parents do?" Off the bat I already wasn't feeling it, they were sounding more and more pyramid scheme-y but as they like to call it a multi-level marketing plan. They offered a second interview and I just accepted because I just wanted the experience and was really trying to be more open-minded. And the girl that interviewed me can sell, like if she came up to me and tried to sell me a baby I would probably have a baby by now. During the second interview was where I really realized I didn't want to work for them. I came in early for my "interview"/"job shadow" and I waited for about 15 min. In that 15 min, 4 people came in for their initial interviews. I think that turned me off more just because you feel like they'll just hire anyone to grow their team. After waiting that time the girl that interviewed me the day prior just handed me a google maps print out and walked me out. I was so tempted to not even go but I pushed myself to going. I drove another 30 min to get to where I was shadowing one of their team members at a "high volume traffic area" and he mostly just asked me about questions about my personality and such. They really wanted me to start ASAP if the job was offered to me and I kind of didn't like that. The job is mostly commission only and will definitely depend on where your stand is located. Its direct marketing and direct sales, you're kind of soliciting but in a public place. It's an easy job if you're more outgoing and like talking to random people but it's also long hours of standing. It's just not a job for me.

Thank you for your feedback about our interview process. We would first like to point out that we are in no way a pyramid scheme. We have never asked our employees to purchase and resell items. Our goal as an organization is to provide well-rounded business management training to our team. As a growing company, we do hold a lot of interviews, but we're careful to be selective throughout our three step process. We apologize that our career opportunities did not align with your professional goals.

I applied online through a 3rd party. They called right away and scheduled interview. The office is nice in a pretty building but the interview was terrible. They just want to find salesperson who desperate for cash. The interviewer didn't even focus on the interview but keep looking out of the office *feeling unrespected*
