I talked with 2 different individuals on call, they were one-on-one interviews. Talked mostly about what exactly they do and what aspects I would be working on if I were hired. I gave them brief background on me and I explained previous projects that I had worked on.

Very straightforward. Make sure you ask the ratio of office and field work if you are applying for a environmental scientist position. Questions pertinent to your role as well as Behavioral questions were asked.
