Apply online, then get a conformation email, then get called in for an interview, may get hired on the spot or called at a later time for acceptance. There is a sit down one on one interview with the management and then they have some employees that you would be working with interview you.

The Interview was very straight forward compared to other interviews I have been on. They go through your background and verify that you know what you are talking about. After the interview they take you on a tour of the facility. The entire process took about an hour.
