It was pretty long but I was recruited for the position. The recruiter took care of mostly everything, but I did find the interview process a bit unorganized and not as quick as I would have liked to,

Both individual and panel reviews. Interviewers following standard set of questions. Good people. New CIO looking to transform culture within IT. Jointly determined position was not best for me or for their needs.
