Firstly i got a mail from hr about the post description and requirement so mailed her my resume. Next day i got another mail that you will be having telephonic round. I received call at evening it was simple interview he asked me oops concepts of java and about my projects. Then i got another mail for managerial round on zoom i attended that it was just for 2 min he asked me do you know whats is the job and all i asked him how much I’ll get paid he said for 6 months you will get stipend for training and after that you will become permanent employee he never mentioned the salary or stipend amount not the hr nor the interviewer till last round then i got a msg from hr that you’re selected that time I asked about salary they said 3k for 6 months and 16500 pm when you will become permanent employee.I was getting paid more in my previous company for internship 3 times more than savic’s stipend. When i told this to my hr she said we can’t disclose the salary before interview but i think they should have told me the amount at least in managerial round. Because of this i missed my other interviews. Before giving interview plz confirm about salary and all otherwise it will be waste of time for both.
