I went through a 3-part interview process. The first was a call with the recruiter, the second was with the hiring manager, and the third lasted about 3 hours: an interview with the team, an interview with the other HR Directors, and a group presentation about a business case.
I was impressed with the recruiter's responsiveness and helpfulness throughout the process. However, after investing hours into the process, it took A MONTH to hear back that I did not receive an offer. This was despite me sending numerous emails and calls to the recruiter and hiring manager. Their lack of responsiveness and respect unfortunately tainted my entire experience.
I read a previous Glassdoor review of a candidate that had a similar experience to mine. I'm surprised that this is a common practice.

I applied the positions through the company's website but the ATS was not user-friendly at all, requiring many irrelevant data. After a few weeks of completing my application the recruiter wrote me again that my application is not completed. I checked it again and tried to complete.
We scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter but she cancelled it three times. She seemed very busy. Sometimes just called me after a few minutes of the supposed interview to cancel it, for the last interview I need to call her and initiate the call because she did not do it.

I had two phone interviews and then was invited for an onsite interview which consisted of a single interview, panel interview, and then presentation for a group. I interviewed for the position in July 2019 and received a rejection email in November 2019. I contacted the recruiter for the position multiple times via phone and email and did not hear back. After four months I received informing me that they decided to go with a more experienced candidate.
