I was approached for an interview within a few days of applying and went through three interviews over the course of two weeks total. The initial interview was with the recruiter, followed by one with the hiring manager and finally one with the department director. The interviews were all fairly conversational and none of the questions were difficult or unexpected. I felt I performed well in each interview and was very qualified for the position. After the interviews were complete the recruiter dropped off the face of the earth and I could no longer get in touch with her. After two weeks of silence and three unreturned emails I gave up. I would have appreciated a little bit of feedback or a simple response that the hiring manager decided to go with someone else. Instead I was just left hanging never knowing what happened after three very successful interviews. I would not apply for another position with this company.

This was the second time I applied for this role. The TA was nice. The hiring manager was so easy to talk to. 3rd interviewer was also very nice. Great experience. The interview process for the 2nd and 3rd interview was so easy. It was very conversational and I didn't feel nervous so it was so much easier for me to speak about my skills and experience.
