My interviews happened 5 years ago so it changed a bit. However the first round is HR, who makes sure it's worth it to proceed. Then I had an interview with my former boss. Both were for 1 hour. The most important thing here is to ask questions related to the position, having an opinion, show interest and don't talk about non related things. Be sharp.
