Initially it started so well. The application process was simple and you take an interesting personality survey meant to analyze your soft skills--and they send you the results. The AI contact me to schedule an interview and I was excited! After needing to reschedule twice, I finally secured a time to meet with someone-or so I thought. Turns out, SAP SuccessFactors is fine with cancelling your interview if they have decided on someone else. And, in my case, I received no notification. This left me waiting for 15 minutes for an interview that never began. It took two days to receive a reply for a request for information on why it was cancelled. I was then told that the interviewer, Connie Lee, decided on another person and wanted to wrap up the process quickly. In the meantime, another posting went up for the same exact position. This was a waste of not only my time but the people at my current job that made the time and space for me to interview. I researched extensively and was left feeling disrespected and undervalued. I did eventually receive a regret email and an apology from the recruiter for a "less-than-ideal" experience. Their treatment of me is at complete odds to the messaging in their communication of how they value individuals. I am left wondering if they ever wanted to interview me at all. If you get an offer to interview, I suggest grabbing the first appointment possible instead of finding a time that actually works best for you.
