applied through an agency and had a phone screening then in-person interview. Overall the interview went ok but they kept repeating a same question of "how do you embed yourself in your coworker's work" and implied of being on-call all the time. I was ghosted by them and have not heard back.

Brief phone screen followed by group panel interview (2 people). Behavior portion was going over experience and background on the company and work environment. Technical portion was on though process involving project estimates. Tough interview but it's an experience to learn from.
