1 rounds of interview, subject to hiring practices by HR. Maybe more than 1 depending on position. No personality quiz and personality test for the role. Planning was smooth and no delays. Face to face with the VP last round
Virtual interview with HR and manager. Questions asked were quite basic with descriptive and scenario based. Quite casual and felt like a get to know me session. The entire session took about 30 minutes - 1 hour, speaking to all parties in the call.
