1) Written test
2) 1st round interview : Fully technical Questions will be asked. Testing for level of knowledge on engines and components.
3) Presentation style. Topic will be given beforehand. Have to prepare a presentation and present it during interview. Panel size may vary from 3 to 15 persons.

Really long and hard interview. First Round with Hiring manager 2 hours 30 minutes long, Second Round another 2 hours 30 minutes long. Be prepared to really study up about gas turbine engine parts like HPNGV and HPT and HPC

The interview was like another University exam. Although I am a fresher, they asked so much of detailed technical questions as though you have years of experience in the industry.
