Started by going through a recruiter. Human resources staff is very nice and helpful. They do need to work on their organization, HR was not ready for new employees and we sat around for the first week on the job, with no computers or resources to accomplish our jobs with. Rather than temp. to perm. got to start as a direct employee right away. Only down side to SAC is the benefits pack is not very good.

Very unstructured. Hiring Manager had my resume in front of him. Looked it over and picked out various accomplishments and said "tell me more about xxx". The HM took barely any notes. I asked some questions about company structure and benefits, and how long the hiring process would be. and he did not have a ready answer. I followed up with the hiring manager after a week and was told "we will let you know" after two weeks I followed up with the recruiter and he said "oh, we just went with somebody else"
