I sent my CV on the off-chance of a vacancy existing. Operations Manager phoned me and agreed an interview date with me. I attended the interview, did a basic dexterity test; they took a phone apart and put it back together and then I had to do the same. Went for a tour round the site and was offered the job before I left.
