I had an in-person interview with about seven people for a low-level position in the marketing department. The interview was pleasant, and I had a good time getting to know everyone there. I felt a little overwhelmed by the amount of people at the interview (I believe, besides the half-dozen at my table, there were also a couple watching over video chat in a remote office). Only a couple people at the table really asked questions or participated in the interview, so it felt like everyone else was there more as a formality.
