The first stage was a call with a recruiter to discuss the position. The second stage was a culture interview with the hiring manager and a senior software engineer. The final stage was a technician on site interview which consisted of a technical challenge and an in-depth dive into my CV. The challenge itself was actually fairly basic. After completing the whole process I totally ghosted by the company. No feedback, no rejection email, nothing which is very unprofessional and irritating espically as I have taken time off to attend the on site interview.
