Entrevista
I had two interviews, one with the Multi-Market Operations Manager and then a second with the General Manager. Both were very friendly and professional. The first interview was more of a conversation about understanding the needs of the job and the type of person that Ryerson was looking for. The second was more formal but he still made me feel very at ease and relaxed. All in all, it was a good experience.

I was asked about challenges that I'd faced in the past and how I was able to overcome them. I was also asked about my management style and how I would deal with difficult employees.

Virtual interview and Phone Call that I received in regards to a position that they had a available and were interested in offering to me. I agreed and was relieved that they were affable and easy to talk to.
