I went through one phone interview, two on-site interviews. It was plain and easy. The overall experience was not that bad. The HR in the headquarter, Miami was good with followup. I met 4 different managers and their questions were easy. I feel they need to develop more structured interview methods when a candidate meet 4 different managers with all similar questions.
