I went through a HR recruitment call, a video call with the creative manager and then I was assigned a task to present in the Ryanair HQ offices in Dublin. After completing all of this I was told I would hear back after Christmas. I didn't hear anything and on January 17th I reached out to see what was happening with the appliation. Two days later I received a generic rejection email and not offering any feedback. The original HR employee I enquired to never got back to me. Not very professional behaviour to a candidate that got to the final round. They also refused to give a clear number for the salary, even up until the last interview, and just kept saying how the number I offered was 'in their budget'.
