First call with the Talen Acquisition to discuss the background, roster, and salary expectations... Second step: Interview with HR (interns) and Department Manager. Introduction about the job position. Super Easy interview with typical questions. No Start Method, no Behavioural Question. Just based on your background. The interviewer asks different questions: Explain about yourself, why you want to work in this company, how you see yourself in 5 years, Describe the task you are doing in your current job, and why you think that your studies or experience could fit in this position. I find problems to prepare the interview due there is not much information on the job description or the web so really you don´t have any idea which task you will do, so you can´t link your background with the job tasks, before the interview. They sent an email in the same week to inform you if you are successful or not.

What questions do you have for us? I got nervous and needed to finish quickly (due to other external circumstances) and I failed here. If you don´t ask a few questions you don´t look interested and you know instantly that you won´t be selected.

The interview was over microsoft teams and was somewhat casual. The team interviewing me were very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. However, I never heard back from them after the interview even when I reached out to them about it.
