Face to face interview 3:1 asked about my background & experience to date. Asked about company culture & own hr experience the answer I got surprised me only 3 years between the interviewers. Gave me a short answer to both my questions on company culture & own experience. Made my mind up & rejected the offer couldn't work for a company that does not know its culture & inexperienced interviewers.
