I submitted my cv, and just took one phone interview, and was hired. There was no technical question but simple question like when did you graduate, can you manage big class. I guess it is because the position was to teach undergraduate courses.

I was referred by the employee there and then discussed with the department chair about some more personal information about myself, mainly about the academic background. Then he made the decision.

no interview; I know the person who assign courses in the department, I applied directly with him and then he looked at my portfolio and give me the position. Basically there is no interveiw for this job. I just got it directly
