Was relaxed, had a discussion on my skills. I met with the assistant director of the program. She and I had connected earlier at an information session, where I had a mock-presentation of my teaching abilities. Most other candidates were not required to perform a mock, so maybe that helped me with the process. I earned the job by explaining my communication skill and effective ability to alleviate distress and ambivalence among groups of people.
