Entrevista
It was a day long process including a presentation, dinner and panel interview questions, meeting with the Executive Director and dinner. I started about 10 am and did not conclude until 7pm.
I applied internally and forgot about the opening only to receive a call several months later that I should come in for an interview. I had to prepare a 20 minute presentation.
I didn't get the position but it allowed me an opportunity to gain visibility within the department which opened the door for future opportunities.

Entrevista
Great communication throughout the process. Three step in person interview process including two individual interviews and one panel interview. Once I accepted the offer, there was a process to go through including a background check and medical screening.
