Had a phone interview with a friendly recruiter. The interview questions were pretty standard. The questions dealt with the job duties and how well you work with others. You may be asked about your current job duties as well. Be prepared to give detailed experiences and stay positive. The phone interview last 15-20 min

I apply on May and 3 weeks later I got an interview. Before the one to one interview I had to take the test and score 80 points to get hired. The exam was based on CNA program.
