The interview process was broken down into three rounds, the first round was brief, which it was meant to be that way. It went very well and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. The second round was much more in depth and gave me a solid insight into the business model and what the day to day operation would look like for me.

I applied online through LinkedIn and the process took 1 day. I interviewed at Runnit NC in March of 2019. It was a three-part interview process with emphasis on the second interview. The first interview was more of a meet and greet and general discussion of what the company does, he also touched base on my background and interests. It was a very relaxed interview which calmed my nerves. The second interview was with another member of the team that broke down the pay structure, day-to-day of the company as well as a more in depth view of the clients and products they work with. The team member that interviewed me was sharp and willing to answer all my questions. Again, the interviewer was very personable which allowed me to be more of myself during the process. The third round was immediately after the second and it was again with the manager. He was straightforward with their expectations and offered me the position on the spot.
