I applied online and received a recruiter screening request 2 weeks later. I had an interesting initial interview where I got the impression that the company seemed unsure of the business direction at the time. I was scheduled to interview with someone else a week later but he never showed up, apparently due to an emergency. I then got rescheduled to meet with a different person same title who never showed up. A week later I was told the company was rethinking the position and decided to withdraw the requisition.

I applied in mid September. They told me I was shortlisted in mid October, with no follow-up, other than a promise that someone would be in touch soon with next steps. Ghosted thereafter.
