It was over Zoom. We went over my assessment and typing skills test. We talked about past job experiences with customer service and what the job entailed. She asked some questions and had me watch a current employee do their job for a bit to see if it would be something I thought I could do.

It was a simple process over Zoom where they ask a few questions before they go into discussing the position and what it entails. They provide a lot of flexibility in times and the interviewer was very easy going and positive.
There was an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The majority of the in-person interview was a tour of the building (this was pre-COVID) and shadowing another receptionist for 20 minutes.

The interview process was quick, type test, hired on the spot which I knew meant there were red flags because they were looking to fill that position immediately. It was very fast.
