Applied online. Emailed for an interview invitation. Passed that. Invited for a half day assessment day which included a 15 minute (I think) numeracy test and we had a tour of the ampitheatre. There were three group activities on the assessment day. It was simple activities where intervieiwers were just looking at if you were confident, could talk to other people and worked in a team well. I just wasn't confident enough :(
Thorough - multiple rounds - interviewed by a mix of team throughout the day - current team on hand to answer questions throughout the day - tour of the front of house areas.

Entrevista
Firstly, we had a group task to choose few useful objects in order to save us from wild animals escaped from the Zoo. Secondly, in different groups we were introduced to different situations, and had to explain what we would do. Lastly, we had a tour around the Opera and found flaws.

Entrevista
Before the interview, you need to complete an application form similar to what would be said in a CV. On the interview day, there are three separate assessments which requires you to answer hypothetical questions as well as demonstrating how observant you are. After that, there is a one on one interview.
