First there was a call with the recruiter, very cool guy - next was a series of half hour interviews with 6 individuals throughout the USA. A bit tedious saying the same thing 6 times over 3 hours but it wasn't strenuous. Mostly about your experience and ability to work in teams. They will try to catch you off guard with questions about things on your resume and, unfortunately, will misunderstand you on purpose (only happened with one person a few times).

The interview process was very chill. they asked about school and talked about the company values and what position I would be filling. they’re a growing company that has great potential for some.
Adam Kelley described a great work place environment in which I thought I would be a great fit. I was asked about my experience in industry and academic research as a chemical engineer. The interviewer, suggested I follow up.
