Entrevista
I went through a relatively long take-home assessment, two technical phone screens, and the final round on-site only for them to tell me that they were looking for someone with more experience outside of projects. If that's the case then what was the point of the technical phone screen and the relative long take-home assessment? Did they not look at my experience on my resume? It feels like a huge waste of time for them to say that since their data science take-home is not short. I would've preferred no feedback to hearing that actually.
Additionally, I found out one of their associate data scientists makes $75k, which is far too low for this area. I love dogs but won't be applying again in the future.
Two interviews. Take-home task that you're supposed to limit your time on, as they want to see how you think about the problem and present it to them. Rejected without giving a chance to present.
