Entrevista
Met a couple different people offsite, casually to discuss the role and my background and experience. style was more conversational that aggressive questioning, discussing currently company challenges and opportunities for growth, leading into me talking about how my background was relevant to these challenges & opportunities.

Entrevista
The Recruiting team at Rover was top notch. Extremely on top of their communication, very clear about what to expect in the process and quick to reach out after each interview. I had 1 phone screen with the hiring manager, 1 in person with a Senior Manager, then a 4 hour loop. The interviews consisted of behavioral and case questions. It was very intense and I didn’t get a good feel for the team and especially the hiring manager. I also wasn’t offered a break longer than a minute or two during the 4 hour interview. If I was offered the job, I would have declined due to the nature of how I was treated in the interview.

The interview process was very interesting and professional. I started out with three phone screens, followed by a 4 hour in person interview. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, personable and easy to talk to. The questions were difficult but fair.
