I went through three rounds of Interviews with several different stakeholders and teams. It was two interviewers per round. I was asked on my previous experience as well as how I would approach different types of problems and situations. I was encouraged to speak to my strengths and how I approach challenges. There was a white board in the room to visually map out answers I had and to show process and approach.
