I applied to this job and received a call shortly after. The lady on the phone was very nice and scheduled an interview for me with the Vice President of the company, who was also very nice, laid back and down to earth. The onsite interview (3rd interview) however was terrible. Aside from this place being hard to find, what was supposed to have been a 5 part interview was cut short to 3 for some reason. I made it very clear that I was an entry level candidate with no experience in testing aside from writing unit test cases in java, but was constantly asked questions regarding specific tools used by their team and was quizzed on traits the company looks for in candidates. I was asked very broad questions and was expected to give specific answers. I was also asked by a foreign guy in a tuxedo if I would leave this position if offered more elsewhere (probably what he did in his native country) which made the experience feel awkward. Ultimately it seems like a great company overall with great leaders, especially the Vice President. However, I wouldn't want to work with the QA folks after seeing how strange and rude they seem (they are a successful startup). I ended up taking a corporate position elsewhere.
I also ended up having to pay for parking. Their validation for tickets wasn't working.
