1 x 45min phone interview, 2 x 40min online test, 1 x 1day assessment centre, 1 x 1.5hr formal interview, 1 x 2 hrs informal interview, 2 x 40min online and last and may not the least 1 x 2hr pyschologist interview (bloody BS cause the main purpose is to shoot you down)
