Not very good. The hiring manager seems to be having unrealistic expectations on candidates from different sectors, expecting him to know costing calculations in their company’s field, and a backward-thinking mentality on relying on manual human memory to remember costing figures. I guess they might not be receptive towards new ways of doing things.
