It took about 30 minutes to actually speak with some one then when i did i was two mangers in the break room each asking different questions it was easy questions it took maybe 30 min to an hour and you can almost tell if your getting the job or not.

I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations

I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
