The phone interview consisted of a brief overview of questions about interest in working with root insurance, motivation for the specific position, and previous professional experience. This interview takes about 15-20 mins, and if good, will move forward to the second interview which is with the hiring manager and a direct supervisor.

Typical interview. Very polite. Very professional. Interview went very well, but a week later they sent me an email saying they weren't going to hire me. Didn't give a reason and there was no contact whatsoever after the generic email.

What would you do if you promised a client to respond before the end of day and you weren't allowed to stay later and didn't have any more time? (Don't remember the exact wording)
Interview process was average, not consistent with getting back to people in a timely fashion already accepted another offer by the time they reached out a month later. Sounds like they are growing going through many changes.

Met with 3 Different managers 1:1 to discuss the role and ask multiple questions surrounding the role and how you would handle certain situations if in the position
