Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Rolls-Royce

      Entrevista

2 weeks after my online application, I received a HR screening call to go through my CV and ask some broad job specific questions to ensure suitability. This lasted 30 minutes. I was also asked about salary expectations because the job ad didn't communicate this. A face to face interview followed 2 weeks later with two interviewers. It opened with an introductory question to explain my background and CV. For the next 80 minutes, the interview consisted of a split of competency based questions, and Purchasing specific questions. The interviewers were great and were more interested in learning about my experience and career, than catching me out with 'trick' questions which I found refreshing. The interview was of similar difficulty to other organisations, however I got a strong sense that they were organised and understood clearly the skillset they were looking for. A week after the interview my online application status changed to 'under further consideration.' Then another 2-3 weeks later I received a follow up call from the hiring manager and a conditional offer. This was subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks by The Security Watchdog. This takes a further 3-5 weeks to complete and then a start date is given.
