4 rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, case study, and panel interviews onsite. Heavy emphasis on behavioral and technical competency. Seem to value good ability to explain yourself and thought process
1. HM screening - half hr
2. Case study using Excel- GP and Profitability analysis, QoQ, YOQ, data cleaning, etc., within a short period of time. But based on Excel data, we need to understand the scenarios

Entrevista
Phone Screen followed by a conversation with the hiring manager and then a modeling assessment, which took approximately 2 hours to complete. After the modeling assessment, spoke to the Director/VP of the org who asked more technical case questions. His questions were quite confusing, and were industry-specific so was set up for failure from the beginning coming from a vastly different industry. Other than that, the process was standard.
