I was given an aptitude test before I was able to move forward with the interview process. I understand this is the process that works for Rokt but I don't think it gives any insight to my background and experience as an EA.

Received an invitation to start the interview process. First step was some ridiculous test that was 50 questions in 15 minutes. Never in my 10+ successful years in this role have I had to answer such stupid questions. They don't tell you what you your results. Received a rejection email on a Sunday night.

Entrevista
Probably the longest and most time consuming interview process I have ever gone through (1 month). I spoke to around 6-8 people throughout the company. I was not offered a position due to a test assessment I took at the very beginning (not knowing that very test would be the indicator of getting hired or not) as well as the CEO's final approval of you.
Rokt should be more transparent that none of your interviews will matter until you get to the final round. Ultimately the results on your assessment and the CEO will determine if you're hired or not.
