Interview process can be lengthy - consisting of behavioral, technical, portfolio review, and a design exercise. It can be an exhausting process but generally the people are extremely pleasant and understanding.

Long interview process took over a month from start to finish to get a rejection, and had a cognitive aptitude test at the beginning, designers that i talked to with seemed pretty great
