I was called and offered to come in for a face to face interview. When I arrived, I greeted promptly and warmly and shown to a well laid out conference room. I learned that I was meeting with a few of my peers and they asked me general questions to get a feel for my personality. I then met with the Director of Sales. She called me back to meet with our President and then I met with him and was offered the position.
