There was an HR round, then 2 rounds of interview. The first was virtual with a director and senior financial analyst. The second and final round was in person with the controller. Both rounds were behavioral and interviewers were friendly.

Interview process was good and smooth. Not very tough questions. Simple questions about myself and what do you know about Rogers? How can you use your past experience here?
