I applied through the website, and a recruiter from the Rodericks contacted me to pre-screen. After that this my cv was sent to the practice and I was contacted for a teams interview. The whole process was easy and the everyone who was involved from the recruiter to the interviewer were so lovely and informative about the next stages.
