My interview was brief, but I felt they'd made up their mind almost instantly after seeing my work. I was asked specific questions about my previous agency experience, but was more of a "see if you're going to like it here" type of interview. I felt pretty comfortable through the entire process, and I was offered the job by the end of my company tour.
