Joined at a NSBE conference right out of school. They reached out to me for an interview. They flew me out to Cleveland for a round robin. There was a social the first night with the other candidates, interviewers, and other employees. The next day was a introduction to the company and the interview panel. Was interviewed by 4 people. Got an offer the very same day.
